It isn't a topic that most people are comfortable talking about.
But, obesity is running rampant throughout the US for sure!
Get this book, an eye opening reality check that should shake us up
to make the changes necessary to steer this trend the other way as
it is now out of control!
I downloaded this book hoping for some real stats and some real insight. This "book" consists of a total of 13 paragraphs! Yes, that's it. The first chapter boasts a whole TWO paragraphs and every other chapter is only a single paragraph each.
There is NO useful information at all.
I see that this was published on April 1st, so I can only assume it's an April Fools Day joke of some sort.
Don't bother.
This author did a great job with this book. can not wait to see what she write next. I think she hit the nail right on the head with this book.
Surprisingly, I really enjoyed reading this book. I did gain some important knowledge and many important issues were bought to the forefront. A good wake up call with practical ideas to implement.
It is alarming how obesity statistics have steadily increased in America and across the world. Obesity is a contributing factor for many health conditions such as heart disease, diabetes, degenerative arthritis to name a few. This book provides a overview of obesity and suggestions on what one should focus on to combat this life threatening problem.
